These roles are part of a DTNet+ funded project focused on AI-enhanced digital twins for Positive Energy Districts, bringing together artificial intelligence, digital twin modelling, energy systems, sustainability, and real-world innovation.
🔹 Position 1: Research Assistant in AI and Digital Twin Modelling

Focus: AI/ML, deep learning, digital twin prototype development, predictive modelling, intelligent optimisation, and large-scale data analysis.

🔹 Position 2: Research Assistant in Energy Systems and Digital Twin Applications

Focus: energy systems, sustainability, real-time and historical data integration, pilot case studies, fieldwork, system testing, validation, and performance evaluation.

⏳ Contract: Six-month fixed-term, part-time role, 29.6 hours per week
💷 Salary: £38,050 to £44,131 per annum, pro rata
