PhD, PostDoc Positions | Robotics intelligence

I am excited to share that I will be starting the next chapter of my journey as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore, NUS Computing , under the Presidential Young Professor scheme in the coming August.

I am also excited to launch my research group, MAGIC: Manipulation and General Intelligence Control. Our group will focus on building intelligent robotic systems that can reason, learn, and act in the open world, with research directions spanning multimodal reasoning, robot learning, dexterous manipulation, vision-language-action models, and more.

I am actively looking for motivated PhD students, research assistants, and postdocs to join the group. If you are excited about building the next generation of robotics foundation models and generalist robot intelligence, please reach out!
Please send your CV and a brief email to: duanj@cs.washington.edu

Looking forward to this new chapter and to working with many amazing students and collaborators ahead!
