PhD/Master's Fully Funded Research Opportunity

Dr. Zhi Yang is seeking a motivated PhD or Master’s (by research) student to join my research group in Fall 2025 at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Honolulu, USA. Our research focuses on food chemistry and ingredient functionality, including developing novel fat mimics and valorizing tropical agricultural and food waste. This position offers a fully funded assistantship of approximately $25,000–$26,000 per year for 3 years (PhD) or 2 years (Masters), with the tuition fee waived.
