Are you interested in a PhD in public health?

I am looking for a student who has a GENUINE interest in (1) social determinants of health affecting Hispanic populations and/or (2) social stressors and resiliency factors that impact alcohol misuse and mental health among emerging adults/young adults. I am particularly interested in students who have some background knowledge/experience in one of these areas.

UT Southwestern PhD students receive a $40,000 stipend, health insurance, and a full tuition waiver with a commitment to a 20-hour assistantship.
