We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for a fully funded MPhil scholarship (2 years) with the potential to transition into a PhD program based on performance and project outcomes.
Project Overview
The research project aims to develop an innovative data-driven framework for predicting soil swell potential and its impacts on pavement infrastructure. The successful candidate will contribute to:
· Development of advanced predictive models using geotechnical and infrastructure data.
· Integration of data analytics, machine learning, and engineering principles.
· Design and development of web-based and mobile applications for research translation.
· Collaboration with industry partners and institutional research collaborators.

Eligibility
· A Bachelor's degree (Honours preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
· Strong academic record and research potential.
· Demonstrated programming, data analysis, or software development skills are desirable.
· Both domestic and international applicants are welcome.
· As the project requires an immediate commencement, applicants who are currently based in Australia are strongly encouraged to apply.
