Fully-funded PhD Position in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University

I am recruiting one fully funded PhD student for Carnegie Mellon University (with a 3+2 structure (3 years in Portugal + 2 years at Carnegie Mellon University)), with tuition and stipend covered throughout for 5 years and the degree awarded by CMU. Focus areas include Electrical & Computer Engineering (5G/6G wireless, OTFS, RIS, UAV-assisted networking, ML for communications), with joint supervision (Portugal ↔ CMU).
