The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan–Dearborn is inviting highly motivated candidates to join Dr. Mengqi (Maggie) Wang’s research group. Her lab focuses on Power Electronics, particularly for Electric Vehicle (EV) applications.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering or a related field

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

• Coursework or project experience in power electronics

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree focused on power electronics

• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping

• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTspice)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
