Project Aim:
To design and develop advanced ADCs with improved efficacy and tumour selectivity.

Research Focus:

• Synthesis and refinement of proprietary duocarmycin payloads

• Optimization of linker and conjugation strategies to enhance ADC stability and precision

• Assessment of ADC behavior in normal versus cancerous tissues

• Investigation of mechanisms of action, including receptor engagement and cellular internalization

  Motivated applicants with a strong interest in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, or cancer therapeutics. Candidates should hold (or be expecting) a first-class or upper second-class degree (or international equivalent) in a chemistry-related discipline, or an appropriate Master’s qualification. Prior experience in medicinal chemistry, protein engineering, or chemical biology—through academic work or lab training—is highly desirable.
