What you’ll do

• Lead multi-quarter account strategies and joint business plans for complex Financial Services partnerships.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across agency and direct client stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic pitches, renewals, expansions, quality pipeline development, and product adoption.
• Develop full-funnel media strategies spanning brand, consideration, conversion, and measurement solutions.
• Engage in robust media, creative, and measurement discussions
• Translate performance and measurement learnings into clear recommendations, test-and-learn agendas, and investment decisions.
• Partner closely with the CAM to create clear account coverage, operating rhythms, and accountability.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to solve client, measurement, product, technical, creative, and commercial challenges.
• Lead executive-ready conversations, negotiations, escalations, and business reviews.

What we’re looking for

• Meaningful experience in at least two of the following areas: Financial Services expertise, platform sales, and enterprise sales; experience across all three is highly valued.
• A track record of creating revenue growth, quality pipeline, and measurable change within complex accounts.
• Strong experience managing both agency and direct client relationships.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders from junior practitioners through C-suite leaders.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, media strategy, and measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and make sound decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
• Excellent strategic storytelling, commercial judgment, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• A collaborative, growth-oriented approach and the ability to use AI to accelerate preparation, analysis, and follow-through while maintaining accuracy and ownership of outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience.
