About the role
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Indonesia is one of Snowflake's top-priority markets and a key new business growth engine for the ASEAN region. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Jakarta who is energised by winning brand-new customers. This is a dedicated new logo role: you will inherit an early-stage pipeline across a set of active opportunities and build your own pipeline from the ground up across a portfolio of 30+ target enterprise organisations, with a supported ramp as you establish your territory.
AS AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
Own a greenfield territory focused entirely on new business, driving net-new ACV growth by bringing the Snowflake AI Data Cloud to organisations that are new to Snowflake.
Progress and close an inherited set of active, early-stage opportunities while building a healthy, self-generated pipeline.
Lead consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting into Government and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods, and Oil and Gas organisations.
Partner closely with Snowflake's local partner and systems integrator ecosystem to co-prospect, co-sell and accelerate greenfield opportunities.
Work hand in hand with Sales Development Representatives to plan account strategies, sequence outreach and convert early interest into qualified pipeline.
Use AI tools, including Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities, to research accounts, prioritise effort and manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
Navigate complex enterprise and public sector buying cycles, including formal BUMN and government procurement processes, from first meeting to signed contract.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to position Snowflake's platform, including Snowpark, Cortex AI, Snowflake Marketplace and data sharing, against customers' data, analytics and AI priorities.
OUR IDEAL ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:
6+ years of enterprise sales experience in software, cloud or SaaS. We also welcome applicants from strong Commercial or mid-market sales backgrounds who are ready for enterprise scale.
A proven track record of consistently opening multiple net-new enterprise logos each year, with quota achievement driven primarily by new business
Experience selling into Public Sector or State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia, ideally including hands-on experience with BUMN procurement processes.
Strong, self-sustained outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to create pipeline without relying on inbound lead flow.
The organisation and focus to manage a broad portfolio of 30+ accounts at once.
Resilience and drive to build a territory from the ground up.
Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Sales experience in other complex industries such as Telecommunications or Banking and Financial Services.
Established relationships with local partners, systems integrators or resellers in Indonesia.
Experience selling data platforms, analytics, cloud infrastructure or AI solutions.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?
This is a rare opportunity to help shape Snowflake's growth in one of our most important markets. You will have the backing of a supportive leadership team, local partners and SDRs, and the chance to put your name on some of the most significant new customer wins in Indonesia.
