We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Trading Operations team is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant trade execution across all supported asset classes while protecting customers and the firm. The team partners closely with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Experience, and external market centers to maintain system stability and trading integrity during all market sessions. As a Trading Specialist, you will monitor live trading activity across overnight, extended hours, and regular market sessions while supporting the health of Robinhood’s trading infrastructure. You’ll investigate and resolve trading issues, coordinate responses to system or venue disruptions, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners. This role offers hands-on exposure to trading operations, risk management, and customer-impacting decisions, with meaningful opportunities for learning and career growth!
