That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The IAM Control Plane team’s mission is to empower Stripe users to easily and securely manage their access to Stripe products and data. Responsibilities
- Design and build the next generation of IAM primitives to securely power AI-driven agentic experiences on Stripe
- Develop new user-facing permission models, including custom roles and granular access controls
- Architect and implement platform features like Account Groups to simplify access management for large organizations
- Own and operate mission-critical, highly-available backend services that are fundamental to every Stripe user's experience
- Work across the stack to ship end-to-end features, from API design and database modeling to frontend components
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes as well as mentor team members
